Corporate Training that changes how your teams actually work

Most training budgets disappear into forgettable slide decks. We design learning experiences that stick because they are rooted in the real decisions your people face every day. From leadership development to technical upskilling, every programme at Corporate Expert Path begins with diagnosis and ends with observable change.

We do not sell packages. We build interventions. Below you will find our transparent pricing model, the capabilities we bring, and the journey we take every client through before a single session is delivered.

How our pricing works

We intentionally avoid fixed packages because no two organisations need the same thing. Instead, every engagement is priced from a transparent rate card. You combine the elements you need and nothing more.

Component What it covers Typical rate Duration
Diagnostic assessment Stakeholder interviews, skills audit, gap analysis, written report with recommendations £1,800 – £3,200 5–10 working days
Facilitated workshop One full-day or two half-day sessions, custom materials, post-session summary £1,400 per day 1 day
Coaching sprint Four one-to-one coaching sessions per participant with a senior facilitator £680 per participant 4–6 weeks
E-learning module design Bespoke digital module with interactive elements, hosted on your LMS or ours £2,600 per module 3–4 weeks build
Programme management Ongoing coordination, progress tracking, stakeholder reporting across a multi-month engagement 15% of total programme value Engagement duration
Post-programme evaluation Impact measurement, participant surveys, ROI narrative for board reporting £950 – £1,600 2–3 weeks after close

All rates exclude VAT. Travel and accommodation outside Northern Ireland are quoted separately. Volume adjustments apply for engagements exceeding £12,000 in total value. Every proposal includes a fixed-price ceiling so there are never surprises.

The path from enquiry to impact

Every engagement follows this sequence, though the depth of each phase scales to your needs.

1

Discovery conversation

A 45-minute call where we listen to your challenge, understand the context, and determine whether we are the right fit. No pitch, no obligation. If we are not the right partner we will say so and recommend alternatives.

2

Diagnostic and design

We conduct interviews, review existing materials, and map the learning gap. The output is a written proposal with clear objectives, session outlines, timelines, and a fixed-price ceiling drawn from the rate card above.

3

Delivery and measurement

Sessions are delivered by experienced facilitators, not junior trainers. We track engagement, gather feedback in real time, and adjust. After the programme closes we produce an impact report you can share with your board.

Capability areas we work in

We do not claim to train on everything. These are the domains where we have deep, proven expertise.

Leadership and management development

First-time managers, senior leaders, and everyone in between. We focus on decision-making, delegation, difficult conversations, and strategic thinking rather than theory-heavy content.

"The most practical leadership training I have attended in fifteen years." — participant feedback, 2024

Communication and influence

Presentation skills, stakeholder management, negotiation, and written communication. We use real scenarios drawn from your organisation so practice feels relevant from the first minute.

Change and resilience

Helping teams navigate restructures, digital transformations, and cultural shifts. Our approach blends behavioural science with practical toolkits people can use the next morning.

Delivered across three NHS trusts during a major systems migration in 2023.

Technical and compliance upskilling

Data literacy, regulatory awareness, health and safety refreshers, and sector-specific technical modules. We design content that meets compliance requirements without putting people to sleep.

Built by practitioners, not academics

Every facilitator on our team has held operational or leadership roles in industry before moving into learning and development. That means the examples are real, the advice is tested, and the credibility is immediate.

We deliberately keep our team small so that the person who designs your programme is the same person who delivers it. No handoffs, no surprises, no junior substitutes on the day.

Our base is in Northern Ireland but we work across the UK and have delivered programmes in Dublin, Edinburgh, and London in the past twelve months.

Readiness check

Not sure if training is the right intervention? We offer a free 30-minute readiness call to help you distinguish a training need from a systems or culture problem.

Budget guidance

We publish our rates openly so you can plan internally before we even speak. If your budget is fixed we will design backwards from it rather than upselling.

Pilot option

Uncertain about committing to a full programme? Start with a single workshop or coaching sprint. If the results convince you we scale; if not you walk away with no obligation.

Common questions

How far in advance should we book?
We typically need four to six weeks from signed proposal to first delivery day. Diagnostic-only engagements can start within two weeks. If you have an urgent need, contact us and we will be honest about what is feasible.
Do you deliver virtually or only face-to-face?
Both. We design for the format that best suits the learning objective. Some workshops benefit enormously from in-person energy; others — particularly coaching sprints and technical modules — work brilliantly online. We never default to one mode.
What industries do you work with?
We have delivered programmes across financial services, healthcare, technology, logistics, professional services, and the public sector. The common thread is organisations with at least 50 employees who recognise that off-the-shelf training is not working.
Can you integrate with our existing LMS?
Yes. Our e-learning modules are built to SCORM 1.2 and xAPI standards. If you do not have an LMS we can host content on our platform at no additional licence cost for the first twelve months.
What happens if we are not satisfied?
We build review checkpoints into every engagement. If at any checkpoint you feel the programme is not meeting its objectives, we will redesign the remaining sessions at no extra cost. We have never had a client walk away mid-programme, but the safety net exists.
Thank you. We will be in touch within one working day.
